At Doggy Toyland LLC your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund, an exchange or credit for full product cost. Sorry, shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded.

Gift Wrapping
All jewelry items can be gift wrapped for $5.00 per box. Paw print gift wrap and a paw print gift card are used. For more information on gift wrapping please contact myra@doggytoyland.com
Gift Boxes
For jewelry items ordered over $25.00 a gift box will be enclosed.

For prompt processing use your Visa or Master Card.
Checks:
When sending in an order through the mail, please allow 14 days for your check to clear before merchandise is shipped.
NSF:
There is a $30.00 fee assessed for any returned checks.
Money orders or Certified check:
When sending in an order through the mail with a money order or certified check those orders will ship out in 1-2 days upon receipt.
COD:
Sorry, we do not process COD orders.

Doggy Toyland LLC reserves the right to change any price or specials without prior notification.

Return Policy:
Returns will be honored only if returned within 30 days after received. Merchandise must be returned in new, saleable condition. Chew Toys and some other items are non-returnable. Returns must be in new condition in original box including all product information and warranty cards. Sorry, shipping and handing fees are not refundable.
ALL returns must have a copy of your original dated invoice. We'll e-mail you when the return has been received and processed. Please enclose a short explanation of why you are returning the item(s). This will help us better serve you in the future. We recommend that you insure your return so if it is damaged or lost during the trip back, you aren't liable.

We’re sorry, but we can’t give credit for damaged items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery. If you return an item(s) in a condition that isn’t new or too late, we will donate them to a canine rescue or humane society on your behalf. You will not receive credit for these returns, but you will have the satisfaction of knowing you are helping dogs that are less fortunate.
Backorders:
Doggy Toyland LLC will backorder merchandise only if the merchandise will not be arriving in our facility in a timely manner. If the backorder merchandise is set to arrive in a timely fashion your order will be held and shipped complete. If the backordered merchandise is not due to arrive in a timely fashion, the first part of your order will be shipped. You will be notified of the backorder and when it is set to ship out of Doggy Toyland LLC. If you have a concern or wish to cancel your backordered item(s) please e-mail: sales@doggytoyland.com
