Dear Fellow Pet Lover,
Thank you for thinking of Doggy Toyland LLC as being a part of your next fundraiser.
Our company is dedicated to helping rescues and shelter organizations that patronize our company. Because of the large volume of requests we receive monthly for donations, we have set up guidelines that we are asking each group follow when requesting a donation.
Eligible organizations must meet the following requirements:
Must be a client of Doggy Toyland LLC, and have purchased more than $100.00 worth of products within the last 12 months.
When requesting a donation please provide Doggy Toyland with the following information:
- Name of the group including physical address
- Web site address
- 501©3 non-profit number
- What type of donations are you looking for: Product or Gift Certificate?
- When is the event?
- How many people are expected to attend the event?
- What types of advertisement will Doggy Toyland LLC receive from the event?
- All requests must be submitted at least 90 days in advance to an event. Only one request per year.
- E-mail information to: Myra@doggytoyland.com Subject heading: Donation Request Do Not Send an Attachment as it will not be opened. Put your request in the body of an e-mail with No Graphics. Or Mail to: Doggy Toyland, 4921 Fairfield Drive, Plover, WI 54467. Do not send an e-mail and mail, as your request will be denied.
Doggy Toyland asks that their logo and web link be posted on the front cover of the recipient’s web site for a period of 3 months.
If your organization can’t meet the requirements in time for your event, you can still purchase Doggy Toyland merchandise to help to help raise money for your event. Because we will wholesale to non-profit organizations, we are able to direct you to good selling products that will make your next event fun and successful.
